This class invites you into a deeply restorative and awakening practice, drawing on the wisdom of Tao Yin and the inner alchemy of Lotus Meditation to restore balance, cultivate essence, and reconnect with the quiet power of your feminine nature.

Aisha Sieburth, Senior Teacher - Tao of Vitality School, France

Drawn to Asian traditions from childhood, Aisha has dedicated her life to the living traditions of ancient wisdom and contemporary practice. Her years of research and study have shaped a teaching that is both deeply rooted in tradition and vividly alive in its transmission.

She is a certified Senior Instructor Level II of the Universal Healing Tao System of Master Mantak Chia, with over two decades of experience guiding students through the subtle arts of energy cultivation and inner transformation.

Taoist Adepts and Immortals

“In the Daoist tradition, study and practice are inseparable: to study is to practice and to practice is to study. Understanding a text can help us practice its teachings; practicing its teachings can help us understand its meanings.”

— Eva Wong
